2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the code, applications, and content you deploy through Keel ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to deploy Your Content, and that it doesn't violate any third party's rights.

3. Plans and Billing

Keel offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.

• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

We may change our pricing with notice. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep Keel available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We'll do our best to communicate significant planned downtime in advance.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Keel if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use Keel ends, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Keel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use Keel at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keel and its affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of Keel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
